Mid Level Litigation Associate - Securities
We are looking for a top-level litigation associate with 4 to 7 years experience to work in our downtown New
York office. We need an energetic person with excellent writing & communication skills who has experience
litigating securities matters, class actions and/or complex commercial matters.
You will work on the front lines of major, complex litigations involving mergers and acquisitions and significant
securities fraud lawsuits. You will prepare briefs involving complex legal issues; gather and organize large
amounts of factual information in discovery; perform legal research and analysis; take and defend depositions;
make court appearances in federal and state courts around the country; draft appellate briefs; interact with
clients and co-counsel; conduct settlement negotiations; and periodically try cases.

Senior Litigation Attorney - Securities
We are looking for a very experienced litigator with 7 or more years experience to work on class action litigations
challenging mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, and going private transactions, as well as other securities-
related matters.
Knowledge of Delaware corporate law, as well as a securities law background is a plus, but is not mandatory.
What is important is that you be an exceptionally strong litigator who is able to handle his or her own caseload
and exercise sound legal judgment involving large and challenging cases.
You will be a senior litigation associate, counsel or partner at another law firm, and possess significant
experience in the courtroom. You should have an entrepreneurial approach and a supportive and respectful
mindset looking to add value and be part of a stable and growing firm where you can have a tangible influence.
You do not need to be admitted to the New York bar, however, admittance to either the California or Delaware
bar is a plus.
We are a growing firm with many large high-profile cases. You will receive excellent exposure to all facets of the
trial process and will be expected to travel extensively.
