Costco’s Kirkland “Non-Drowsy” Cold and Flu Products

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is investigating potential claims against Costco relating to the presence of an ingredient known to cause drowsiness in several of its Kirkland “Non-Drowsy” cold and flu medicines.

These medicines contain Dextromethorphan hydrobromide (HBr), which may cause drowsiness. Despite that, Costco markets certain Kirkland cold and flu products as “Non-Drowsy.”

If you purchased a Kirkland-branded “Non-Drowsy” Daytime Cold and Flu product from Costco and wish to discuss your legal rights, please contact Mark Reich, Esq. (mreich@zlk.com) or Courtney Maccarone, Esq. (cmaccarone@zlk.com) of Levi & Korsinsky, LLP.
