Simplehuman Investigation

Simplehuman sells at-home tools such as shower caddies, trash cans, and dish racks which are marketed as being top of the line and technologically advanced. Many of their kitchen and bath products are more expensive than competitor products due to alleged premium qualities. Consumers have complained that the tension, hanging, and corner shower caddies do not meet their advertised qualities. Specifically, purchasers of these caddies have complained that they rust after just months of normal use.
