Albulena Uka is an Associate in the firm’s New York office, specializing in consumer litigation and privacy matters. She is an internationally trained attorney with extensive experience in government, international law, and legislative development, bringing a rare combination of high-level leadership and academic excellence to her legal practice.
Ms. Uka served as a Professor Research Assistant at Brooklyn Law School and continues as a Professor Assistant at the University of Mitrovica in Kosovo in the international law department. Additionally, she brings experience from the legislative branch of New York City government, where she performed research and contributed to bill drafting.
Ms. Uka served as the Head of the Legal Division at the Ministry of Justice of Kosovo, where she played a central role in shaping national legal reforms.
Ms. Uka is fluent in Albanian, English, French, and Spanish, with additional proficiency in other languages too, allowing her to operate effectively in complex, cross-border legal environments.
