About Eleanor Davis

Eleanor Davis is an Associate in the Firm’s New York office.  Since joining the Firm, Ms. Davis has focused her practice on consumer class actions holding major companies accountable for violations of consumer protection laws, primarily related to privacy violations. 

Ms. Davis began her career at a big law firm in New York in its Commercial Litigation and Appellate & Supreme Court Litigation practice groups.  In that role, Ms. Davis worked on complex litigation including consumer class actions, mass arbitrations, and federal investigations of large corporations.  Subsequently, Ms. Davis spent two years working on federal civil rights litigation regarding wrongful convictions, police and prosecutorial misconduct, jail and prison abuse, and sexual misconduct.  Ms. Davis also clerked for the Honorable Ncholas G. Garaufis in the Eastern District of New York.

Ms. Davis is a member of the Federal Bar Council, the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association.
