The filed complaint alleges that Lockheed Martin Corporation made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Lockheed Martin lacked effective internal controls regarding its purportedly risk adjusted contracts including the reporting of its risk adjusted profit booking rate; (2) Lockheed Martin lacked effective procedures to perform reasonably accurate comprehensive reviews of program requirements, technical complexities, schedule, and risks; (3) Lockheed Martin overstated its ability to deliver on its contract commitments in terms of cost, quality and schedule; (4) as a result, the Company was reasonably likely to report significant losses; and (5) as a result of the foregoing, defendants’ positive statements about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.
In order to be eligible to join the LMT class action lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of Lockheed Martin Corporation purchased during the class period listed above.
If you suffered a loss in Lockheed Martin Corporation during the relevant time frame or pursuant to the relevant offering(s), you have until September 26, 2025 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
