The filed complaint alleges that The Hain Celestial Group, Inc made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: Hain issued a press release on September 15, 2025, reporting its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2025. Acknowledging Hain's disappointing results, the Company's interim Chief Executive Officer said that "[w]e are taking decisive action to optimize cash, deleverage our balance sheet, stabilize sales, and improve profitability as we recognize our performance has not met expectations[.]" Following this news, Hain's stock price fell over 24% on September 15, 2025.
