DCH Healthcare Authority d/b/a DCH Health System

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is investigating claims against DCH Health System for failing to protect its patients’ medical information.  DCH Health System announced in October 2019 that its computer systems were hacked. The hackers may have accessed information relating to DCH’s patients. This information may have included, names, Social Security numbers, addresses, dates of birth, and medical information. The computer systems were reportedly accessed and held for ransom by Ransomware. The compromised information can be used to commit identity theft.
