Consumers are reporting that Cadillacs are equipped with a defective navigation/radio touch screen display. The affected models are: Cadillac ATS, SRX, and XTS 2013-2017; Cadillac CTS and ELR 2014-2017, and Escalades 2014-2017. According to the reports, the navigation/radio touch screens installed in the Cadillacs and Escalades have bubbled, delaminated, cracked, or otherwise stopped working spontaneously while the vehicle is in operation.
