General Motors, LLC

Consumers are reporting that Cadillacs are equipped with a defective navigation/radio touch screen display. The affected models are: Cadillac ATS, SRX, and XTS 2013-2017; Cadillac CTS and ELR 2014-2017, and Escalades 2014-2017. According to the reports, the navigation/radio touch screens installed in the Cadillacs and Escalades have bubbled, delaminated, cracked, or otherwise stopped working spontaneously while the vehicle is in operation. This is an important safety issue that can distract drivers from paying attend to the road. Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is investigating these consumer reports by Cadillac drivers. If you own or lease one of the affected Cadillac or Escalade vehicles and you wish to discuss your legal rights, please contact Rosanne L. Mah, Esq. (rmah@zlk.com) or Rosemary M. Rivas, Esq. (rrivas@zlk.com) of Levi & Korsinsky, LLP.
