Hyatt Hotels Corp.
Hyatt Hotels Corp. is allegedly misleading consumers regarding the true cost of certain Hyatt hotel rooms. Specifically, Hyatt is engaging in a practice called “drip pricing” in advertising the price of its hotel rooms by not disclosing up front that a portion of a hotel room’s daily rate includes resort fees, destination amenity fees, or amenity fees.
Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is investigating Hyatt’s pricing practices. If you booked a room at a Hyatt hotel, believe you were charged unfairly for a resort or amenity fee, and wish to discuss your legal rights, please contact Rosanne Mah, Esq. (rmah@zlk.com) or Courtney Maccarone, Esq. (cmaccarone@zlk.com) of Levi & Korsinsky, LLP.
