NorthCare Data Breach
Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is investigating potential claims against Northcare, an Oklahoma City mental health clinic, relating to a recent data breach that exposed its patient’s personal health information. Specifically, Northcare determined that the following types of personal information were involved in the incident: full name, social security number, addresses, date of birth, and medical diagnoses. The personal health information of over 127,000 individuals may have been compromised.
