Stop & Shop CareOne “Non-Drowsy” Medications

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP has recently filed class action lawsuits against several manufacturers of cold and flu medicines relating to the presence of an ingredient known to cause drowsiness in products advertised as “Non-Drowsy.” Specifically, many over-the-counter cold and flu products labeled as “Non-Drowsy” contain Dextromethorphan hydrobromide (DM HBr), which is known to cause drowsiness.

Stop & Shop’s CareOne cold and flu medicines also contain DM HBr. Despite containing DM HBr, Stop & Shop advertises certain CareOne products as “Non-Drowsy.”

If you purchased a CareOne “Non-Drowsy” Daytime cold and flu product, you may qualify to join our false advertising class action investigation, at no cost to you.
