Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc.

Consumers are reporting that the Toyota RAV4 Hybrids are equipped with a defective fuel tank. The affected models are: 2019 and 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrids. According to reports, the 2019 and 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrids’ fuel tank shape allegedly makes it impossible to fully fill the tank with gas. This drastically reduces the promised driving range of the cars, creates safety issues for drivers and a hazard to the environment, and violates federal and state emission regulations. Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is investigating these consumer reports by Toyota drivers.  If you own or lease a 2019 or 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and you wish to discuss your legal rights, please contact Rosanne L. Mah, Esq. (rmah@zlk.com) of Levi & Korsinsky, LLP.
