Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation Investigation Details

Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation were falling nearly 20% midday on October 2, 2026, after the company lowered its full-year 2026 guidance and reported preliminary third-quarter revenue below analyst estimates. The company attributed the guidance cut and revenue shortfall to a July flood at its Cincinnati manufacturing facility, which damaged production assets and disrupted product supplies. The disruption is expected to further reduce fourth-quarter revenue by approximately $15 million to $20 million, with full manufacturing operations at the facility not expected to resume until the second quarter of 2027. During the previous earnings call on July 29, 2026, Chief Financial Officer Lea Daniels Knight indicated the company did "not expect the event to have a material impact on our revenue or EPS guidance for 2026."
