GitLab Shareholders to Be Represented by Levi & Korsinsky

There is a class action lawsuit on behalf of investors in GitLab Inc.(NASDAQ: GTLB) who allegedly suffered losses due to securities fraud by the company currently pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.  The action seeks monetary recovery for a class of shareholders. On December 23, 2024, District Judge Eumi K. Lee appointed Dutch Smith as Lead Plaintiff and approved Mr. Smith's selection of Levi & Korsinsky, LLP as Lead Counsel.
