Richtech Robotics Inc. Lawsuit Update: Lead Plaintiff Appointed

On May 5, 2026, two Co-Lead Plaintiffs were appointed in the class action lawsuit captioned Diez v. Richtech Robotics Inc., et al., 2:26-cv-00231. United States Magistrate Judge in the District of Nevada, Maximiliano D. Couvillier III, signed the order that also approved Levi & Korsinsky, LLP and Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP as Co-Lead Counsel in the action.
