Investigation Details

ePlus announced on February 5, 2025, its results of operations for its three and nine months ended December 31, 2024, and noted that the “strong services performance in our technology business, however, was offset by lower product sales and a higher proportion of netted down product revenues given the acceleration of the industry shift underway.”

Following this news, the price of ePlus stock dropped.
