Allegations

(1) Everbridge was experiencing integration problems with respect to several of its recent acquisitions; (2) the Company was using the revenues from these acquisitions to mask increasingly stagnant organic growth; and (3) the COVID pandemic was having a material impact on the size of the deals that Everbridge was able to obtain, negatively affecting the Company’s revenue growth.

Eligibility

In order to be included in the lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of Everbridge purchased during the class period listed above.
