Humana Inc. Class Action Lawsuit - HUM

According to the filed complaint, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: Specifically, defendants downplayed pressures on the Company’s adjusted earnings per share, resulting from increased medical costs associated with pent-up demand for healthcare procedures which contrary to the Company’s assurances, resulted in increased utilization rates and costs.

In order to be eligible to join the HUM class action lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of Humana purchased during the class period listed above.

If you suffered a loss in Humana during the relevant time frame or pursuant to the relevant offering(s), you have until August 2, 2024 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
