The filed complaint alleges that Johnson & Johnson made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: J&J issued a press release on January 8, 2025, announcing that "on January 5, out of an abundance of caution, Johnson & Johnson MedTech temporarily paused the U.S. External Evaluation and all U.S. VARIPULSE™ cases while we investigate the root cause of four reported neurovascular events in the U.S. External Evaluation." Following this news, J&J's stock price fell over 2% on the same day.
In order to be eligible to join the JNJ class action lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of Johnson & Johnson purchased during the class period listed above.
If you suffered a loss in Johnson & Johnson during the relevant time frame or pursuant to the relevant offering(s), you have until January 1, 1800 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
