KBR, Inc. Class Action Lawsuit - KBR

The filed complaint alleges that KBR, Inc. made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) despite the knowledge that the U.S. Department of Defense’s Transportation Command, for months, had material concerns with HomeSafe’s ability to fulfill the global household goods contract, defendants claimed that the partnership was without issue, and would ramp up in future quarters; and (2) as a result, defendants’ statements about KBR’s business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

In order to be eligible to join the KBR class action lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of KBR, Inc. purchased during the class period listed above.

If you suffered a loss in KBR, Inc. during the relevant time frame or pursuant to the relevant offering(s), you have until November 18, 2025 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
