MoonLake Immunotherapeutics Class Action Lawsuit - MLTX

The filed complaint alleges that MoonLake Immunotherapeutics made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) It's sole drug candidate, SLK and BIMZELX share the same molecular targets (the inflammatory cytokines IL-17A and IL-17F); (2) SLK’s distinct Nanobody structure would not confer a superior clinical benefit over the traditional monoclonal structure of BIMZELX; (3) SLK’s distinct Nanobody structure supposed increased tissue penetration would not translate to clinical efficacy; and (4) based on the foregoing, defendants lacked a reasonable basis for their positive statements regarding SLK’s purported superiority to monoclonal antibodies.

In order to be eligible to join the MLTX class action lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of MoonLake purchased during the class period listed above.

If you suffered a loss in MoonLake during the relevant time frame or pursuant to the relevant offering(s), you have until December 15, 2025 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
