On April 1, 2025, nCino reported positive 4Q 2025 financial results but announced fiscal 2026 guidance that was below analysts’ expectations. Management attributed the lowered guidance to declining subscription revenue growth and “softer-than-expected sales execution” in Europe.
Following this news, NCNO’s stock price fell by $5.53 per share, or approximately 20%, to close at $22.59 per share.
