Investigation Details

On June 17, 2025, Regencell announced it effected its 38-for-one forward stock split announced earlier this month.

Following this news on June 18, 2025, Regencell’s stock price fell by $14.65 per share, or approximately 19% to close at $63.35.

RGC’s stock price continued to fall on June 20, 2025 by another $25.34 per share, or approximately 40% to close at $38.01 per share, and fell another 21% to open at $30.00 per share on June 23, 2025.
