The filed complaint alleges that Six Flags Entertainment Corporation made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: On August 6, 2025, Six Flags issued a press release announcing disappointing second quarter fiscal 2025 results where the company’s profits swung to a loss of $100m. The company slashed its full year guide, now expecting earnings of $860 million to $910 million, down from prior guidance of $1.08 billion to $1.12 billion.
