The filed complaint alleges that Super Micro Computer, Inc made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) defendants recognized revenue prematurely and failed to implement adequate internal financial controls; (2) defendants failed to disclose the existence of multiple related party transactions; and (3) as a result, defendants' statements about its business, operations, and prospects, were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.
In order to be eligible to join the SMCI class action lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of Super Micro purchased during the class period listed above.
If you suffered a loss in Super Micro during the relevant time frame or pursuant to the relevant offering(s), you have until October 29, 2024 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
