Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. Class Action Lawsuit - TMCI

The filed complaint alleges that Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) competition impacted the demand for and utilization of its primary product, the 3D bunion correction system, the “Lapiplasty”; (2) as a result, Treace Medical’s revenue declined and the Company needed to accelerate its plans to offer a product that was an alternative to osteotomy (a surgical procedure that involves cutting and realigning a bone to improve its position or function); and (3) defendants’ positive statements about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.

In order to be eligible to join the TMCI class action lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. purchased during the class period listed above.

If you suffered a loss in Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. during the relevant time frame or pursuant to the relevant offering(s), you have until June 10, 2025 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff.
