Levi & Korsinsky announces the commencement of a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of shareholders of Roche Holding AG (OTCMKTS : RHHBY) who purchased shares between March 2, 2017 and June 5, 2017.

The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the combination of Perjeta and Herceptin is only marginally more effective than Herceptin alone in preventing breast cancer; and (2) as a result, Defendants' statements about Roche Holding AG's business, operations and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable bases at all relevant times.

If you suffered a loss in Roche Holding AG you have until August 7, 2017 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
