Levi & Korsinsky announces that a class action has commenced in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona on behalf of shareholders who purchased AudioEye, Inc. (OTC: AEYE) securities between May 14, 2014 and April 1, 2015.

The complaint alleges that AudioEye made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (a) the Company’s financial statements contained errors concerning the classification of revenues and expenses; (b) the Company lacked adequate internal controls over its financial reporting; and (c) as a result of the foregoing, the Company’s financial statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. If you suffered a loss in AudioEye you have until June 15, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
