Levi & Korsinsky announces the filing of a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of shareholders of Global Power Equipment Group, Inc. (NYSE: GLPW) who purchased shares between March 9, 2015 and May 6, 2015.

The Complaint alleges that the defendants concealed from the investing public that: (1) the Company’s cost of sales in its financial statements for the annual period ended December 31, 2014 were understated; (2) the Company lacked adequate internal controls over its financial reporting; and (3) as a result of the foregoing, the Company’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. If you suffered a loss in Global Power Equipment you have until July 13, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
