The following statement is being issued by Levi & Korsinksy, LLP: TO: ALL PERSONS OR ENTITIES WHO PURCHASED OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRED COMMON STOCK OF MIMEDX GROUP, INC. (NasdaqCM: MDXG) (“MiMedx”) BETWEEN FEBRUARY 26, 2014 AND DECEMBER 31, 2014. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a securities class action lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. If you purchased or otherwise acquired MiMedx common stock between February 26, 2014 and December 31, 2014, YOUR RIGHTS MAY BE AFFECTED BY THIS ACTION.

The complaint alleges that defendants made false and misleading statements and failed to disclose that the Company was in violation of federal regulations by engaging in improper marketing and sales practices. On December 31, 2014, MiMedx announced the receipt of a civil subpoena from the Office of Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in connection with an investigation of the Company’s sales and marketing activities. If you suffered a loss in MiMedx you have until April 20, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
