Natural Health Trends Corp. Information Request Form

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP announces the filing of a class action lawsuit commenced in the USDC for the Central District of California on behalf of shareholders of Natural Health Trends Corp. (“Natural Health”) (NASDAQ: NHTC) who purchased their shares between March 6, 2015 and January 12, 2016.

The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period Defendants issued false and misleading statements to investors and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the operations of Natural Health Trends’ Chinese entity is not in compliance with applicable Chinese laws; and (2) as a result, Defendants’ statements about Natural Health Trends’ business, operations, and prospects, were false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

If you suffered a loss in Natural Health you have until March 14, 2016 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
