Levi & Korsinsky, LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of shareholders of Omnicell, Inc. who purchased or otherwise acquired Omnicell between May 2, 2014 and March 2, 2015.

The complaint alleges that the Company misrepresented and/or failed to disclose: (a) the existence of a “side letter” arrangement with a Company customer for certain discounts and Company products that were provided at no cost, but which were not reflected in final invoices paid by the customer; (b) the Company lacked adequate internal controls over financial reporting; and (c) that as a result of the foregoing, the Company’s financial statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. If you suffered a loss in Omnicell you have until May 18, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
