Levi & Korsinsky announces the commencement of a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of shareholders of root9B Technologies Inc. (OTCMKTS: RTNB) who purchased their shares between December 1, 2014 and June 15, 2015.

The complaint alleges that the Company made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (a) the Company does not have an advanced cyber security product offering, and (b) a substantial portion of the Company’s Cyber Solutions business consists of a one-time low margin hardware installation. If you suffered a loss in root9B you have until August 24, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
