We Give Shareholders a Voice
Levi & Korsinsky announces it has commenced a class action lawsuit in the USDC for the Southern District of New York on behalf of shareholders of Time Warner Inc. (NYSE: TWX) who purchased shares as of January 3, 2017 and continue to hold those shares.
The complaint alleges that the Proxy Statement filed by Time Warner concerning its proposed merger with AT&T is materially deficient and misleading because it failed to disclose material information regarding GAAP reconciliation of the non-GAAP financial measures contained in the Company’s projections. As a result of the misleading Proxy, stockholders lack material information necessary for an informed vote on the proposed transaction. The vote is scheduled for February 15, 2017.
If you hold TWX stock you have until April 10, 2017 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your standing as a class member does not require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
