Levi & Korsinsky announces the filing of a class action lawsuit in the USDC for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on behalf of shareholders of USA Technologies Inc. (“USA Technologies” or the “Company”) (NASDAQGM: USAT) who purchased shares between September 9, 2014 and September 29, 2015.

The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose: (i) that there were significant deficiencies in both the design and operating effectiveness of the Company’s internal control over financial reporting; (ii) the deficiencies represented a material weakness in internal control; (iii) as a result of said deficiencies, the Company’s procedures failed to identify a large number of uncollectible small balance accounts; and (iv) as a result of the aforementioned, USA Technologies’ public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. If you suffered a loss in USA Technologies you have until December 1, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
