Volaris
Info Request Form

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has commenced in the USDC for the Southern District of New York on behalf of investors who acquired Ordinary Participation Certificates in the form of American Depositary Shares of (Volaris Aviation Holding Company) Controladora Vuela Compania de Aviacion, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: VLRS) (“Volaris”) pursuant and/or traceable to the Registration Statement and Prospectus issued in connection with Volaris’ Initial Public Offering on or about September 18, 2013.

The complaint alleges that the Company’s Registration Statement contained financial statements that violated applicable accounting standards and failed to disclose material information that caused the financial information in the Statement to not be indicative of Volaris’ future operating results. If you suffered a loss in Volaris you have until April 27, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
