Levi & Korsinsky announces the filing of a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of purchasers of Xunlei Limited (NASDAQ: XNET) American Depositary Shares pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s Initial Public Offering on or about June 24, 2014 and/or who purchased shares between June 24, 2014 and May 20, 2015.

The complaint alleges that Xunlei made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose the material risk that its focus on Project Crystal and its mobile initiative would have a detrimental impact on the Company’s financial condition. If you suffered a loss in Xunlei you have until August 7, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
