Levi & Korsinsky, LLP announces the filing of a class action lawsuit in the USDC for the Southern District of New York on behalf of shareholders of Amaya Inc. (NASDAQ: AYA) who purchased shares between June 8, 2015 and March 23, 2016.

The complaint alleges that the Company violated federal securities laws by failing to disclose that its CEO David Baazov was involved in insider trading. On March 23, 2016, Amaya issued a press release acknowledging that Canadian securities regulators have charged Baazov with insider trading.  If you suffered a loss in Amaya you have until May 24, 2016 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
