Teuza v. Lindon et al.: Amended Settlement Notice Mailed, Settlement Hearing Scheduled

An amended notice has been mailed to Class Members in the class action lawsuit captioned Teuza - A Fairchild Technology Venture Ltd., et al. v. Mark Lindon, et al., C.A. No. 2022-0130-BWD, pending in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware. A settlement hearing has been scheduled for August 4, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. in Georgetown, Delaware, at which time the Court will consider final approval of the proposed Settlement.
