Emily focuses her practice on securities litigation.
Prior to joining Levi & Korsinsky, Emily worked for a law firm specializing in advocating for investor rights. She contributed to achieving a $70 million settlement in a securities class action against Wynn Resorts Ltd. and its former executives that alleged a decades-long pattern and cover-up of sexual misconduct by the company’s founder, one of the largest securities class action settlements concerning #MeToo-related allegations.
Before focusing her practice on securities litigation, Emily litigated matters pertaining to sports and entertainment law, copyright infringement, employment law, consumer protection, antitrust law, qui tam suits under the False Claims Act, and other complex commercial disputes. Emily also gained appellate experience in the Office of the Chief Staff Attorney for the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Emily was recognized as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star in 2022-2026. She also was named a Rising Star of the Plaintiffs Bar by The National Law Journal in 2026.
Emily graduated from Boston University School of Law in 2015 and was a member of the Review of Banking & Financial Law, for which her student note was selected for publication. She received her B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2012, where she double majored in English and Spanish, and minored in Government.
