Levi & Korsinsky announces the filing of a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on behalf of shareholders who purchased Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc. securities between November 4, 2014 and April 27, 2015.

The complaint alleges that the Company made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (a) the Company overstated its ARPS and organic growth rate and (b) engaged in irregular account practices related to its international business. If you suffered a loss in Endurance you have until July 3, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
