Levi & Korsinsky announces the filing of a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of shareholders of IsoRay, Inc. securities (NYSEMKT: ISR) who purchased shares between May 20, 2015 and May 21, 2015.

According to the complaint, Defendants made false and/or misleading statements regarding IsoRay’s Celsium-131 isotope seeds and mesh for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancers. When the true details entered the market, shares of IsoRay fell $1.10 per share or over 35% to close at $2.02 per share on May 21, 2015, damaging investors. If you suffered a loss in IsoRay you have until July 21, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
