Levi & Korsinsky announces the filing of a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of shareholders who purchased Trinity Industries Inc. (“Trinity”) (NYSE: TRN) securities between February 16, 2012 and April 21, 2015.

In October 2014 articles featured in The New York Times reported that at least three states had banned the use of guardrail heads manufactured by Trinity, and that the State of Virginia threatened to remove guardrails sold by Trinity unless it performed additional safety tests. Then on April 22, 2015, an article published by Bloomberg News reported that Trinity was at the center of a Federal Criminal Probe. If you suffered a loss in Trinity you have until June 26, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
