We Give Shareholders a Voice
Levi & Korsinsky announces the filing of a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on behalf of Edison International (NYSE: EIX) shareholders who purchased shares between July 31, 2014 and June 24, 2015.
The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (a) Edison’s ex parte contacts with the California Public Utilities Commission (“CPUC”) decision makers were more extensive than the Company had reported to CPUC; (b) that belated disclosure of said ex parte contacts would jeopardize the Company’s $3.3 billion dollar San Onofre Nuclear Generation Station Settlement; and (c) as a result of the above, the Company’s financial statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. If you suffered a loss in Edison International you have until September 4, 2015 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
