Securities Litigation Analyst
Research & analyze complex corporate transactions & disclosure statements filed with the Securities Exchange Commission as they relate to developing legal theories.
Master’s Degree in Securities/Corporate/ Finance/Trade Law.
2 years’ experience on the job or as a lawyer or eligible to take the NY State Bar. MBA or related financial analytical experience preferred.
Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney – Securities Derivative/Delaware Court of Chancery Litigation
We are looking for a junior to mid-level attorney with 1 to 5+ years’ experience in corporate governance and/or securities litigation. Ideally, you will have experience representing parties in shareholder derivative litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims and other interesting corporate litigation issues.

Securities Litigation Associate
We are seeking a junior to senior level litigation associate with:
- 1 to 3 years of litigation experience
- Background in securities law, finance, or accounting is preferred but not necessary
- Exceptionally strong writing, research, and analytical skills
The candidate will primarily be responsible for:
- Drafting comprehensive complaints and briefs in various trial and appellate courts
- Taking a significant role in managing large discovery matters
- Performing critical legal research on new, cutting-edge, and other complex issues
While this position can be hybrid or remote, there is a strong preference for working in the office. This position will work closely with the Firm’s Washington, DC team
Securities Litigation Associate – Hybrid or Remote Position
We are seeking a junior to senior level litigation associate with 3 to 6+ years of experience with exceptionally strong writing, research, and analytical skills who will primarily be responsible for drafting comprehensive complaints and briefs in various trial and appellate courts, taking a significant role in managing large discovery matters and performing critical legal research on new, cutting-edge, and other complex issues. Experience in plaintiff's side securities litigation is a must.
This position can be fully remote, hybrid, or in-person, and will work closely with the Firm’s Stamford, CT team
