Inari Medical, Inc. Class Action Lawsuit - NARI

The filed complaint alleges that Inari Medical, Inc. made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the Company repeatedly touted its financial results and the success of its product sales, but failed to disclose that these numbers were inflated by bribes and other improper and illegal payments to healthcare providers; and (2) as a result, defendants' positive statements about the Company's business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

In order to be eligible to join the NARI class action lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of Inari Medical purchased during the class period listed above.
