(i) Maxar improperly inflated the value of its intangible assets, among other accounting improprieties; (ii) Maxar’s highly-valued WorldView-4 was equipped with CMGs that were faulty and/or ill-suited for their designed and intended purpose; and (iii) as a result, Maxar’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
In order to be eligible to join the MAXR class action lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of purchased during the class period listed above.
If you suffered a loss in during the relevant time frame or pursuant to the relevant offering(s), you have until March 15, 2019 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
