The filed complaint alleges that Nikola Corporation made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (i) the Company maintained deficient safety and structural controls related to its manufacturing of battery components; (ii) the foregoing deficiencies rendered Nikola’s vehicles unsafe to operate and thus unusable, thereby raising the likelihood of a product recall; and (iii) as a result, the Company’s public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.
In order to be eligible to join the NKLA class action lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of Nikola purchased during the class period listed above.
If you suffered a loss in Nikola during the relevant time frame or pursuant to the relevant offering(s), you have until December 12, 2023 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
