The filed complaint alleges that TELUS International (Cda) Inc. made materially false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the Company’s AI Data Solutions offerings required the cannibalization of its higher-margin offerings; (2) Telus International’s declining profitability was tied to the Company’s drive to develop AI capabilities; (3) Telus International’s shift toward AI put greater pressure on the Company’s margins than previously disclosed; and (4) as a result of the foregoing, defendants’ positive statements about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects were materially misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis.
